We invite you to enjoy a leisurely walking route through the authentic heart of Palma.

Passeig del Born: Palma's Grand Boulevard
Just a few minutes from the hotel, you'll find Passeig del Born, an elegant tree-lined avenue that has been one of Palma's most important meeting places for centuries. Surrounded by historic buildings, boutique shops and inviting cafés, it is the perfect place to begin your walk.

Sant Feliu Street
From Passeig del Born, continue into Sant Feliu Street, one of the most beautiful streets in Palma's Old Town. Its stone buildings, charming art galleries and former aristocratic mansions preserve the character of medieval Palma. It's a peaceful street best enjoyed at a relaxed pace.

La Llotja and the Old Maritime Quarter
Continuing towards the sea, you'll arrive at the La Llotja district. Its narrow cobbled streets are home to excellent restaurants, charming bars and one of Mallorca's finest Gothic buildings: La Llotja, built in the 15th century as the headquarters of the former Merchants' Guild. The neighbourhood perfectly combines history with authentic local life.

S'Hort del Rei Gardens
Just a short walk away are the beautiful S'Hort del Rei Gardens, a peaceful oasis filled with fountains, lush greenery and lovely views of the Almudaina Palace. It is one of those hidden gems many visitors discover by chance and the perfect place to take a relaxing break.

Palma Cathedral (La Seu)
Continuing your walk, you'll soon reach one of the Mediterranean's most impressive monuments: Palma Cathedral, locally known as La Seu.
Built over more than three centuries on the site of the former Islamic mosque, the cathedral is renowned for its extraordinary size, magnificent rose window and the restoration work carried out by Antoni Gaudí at the beginning of the 20th century. The views from Parc de la Mar offer one of the city's most iconic photo opportunities.

The Medieval Streets of Palma's Old Town
From the Cathedral begins the most enchanting part of the route. Wandering through streets such as Carrer de l'Almudaina, Carrer de Can Serra, Carrer de Can Morey, Carrer de Sant Roc and Carrer de Monti-sion is the best way to discover the true essence of Palma. Hidden Mallorcan courtyards, stately façades, charming squares and remarkable architectural details make every corner worth exploring.

Plaça de Cort
Your walk will lead you to Plaça de Cort, home to Palma's City Hall and the city's famous centuries-old olive tree, an enduring symbol of Palma. It's the perfect place to pause and soak up the local atmosphere.

Sant Miquel Street and Plaça Major
Continue along Sant Miquel Street, one of the main shopping streets in Palma's historic centre. At the end, you'll arrive at Plaça Major, a lively square where street performers, occasional markets and numerous cafés create a vibrant atmosphere throughout the year.
