The Hotel Saratoga Sky Bar is a place of sensation, with 360 degree views of the Mediterranean and the Puerto de Palma; in the heart of the city. It is located on the top floor of the hotel, offering you a unique view of the city of Palma de Mallorca where both guests and the general public are welcome.
Our guests can enjoy delicious signature cocktails on the terrace, or a glass of wine while enjoying in a variety of tapas crafted by our Chef Juan Pinel.
This summer, our SkyBar transforms into a casual and fun space that celebrates life with a local flavor. During the day, we offer a snack menu based on local products to enjoy the good weather and city views, along with refreshments and cocktails.
At night, we will offer seasonal local products, a variety of tapas crafted by our Chef Juan Pinel, and a selection of wines, beers, and cocktails. Come and enjoy a unique experience at the SkyBar!

Friday and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
