For the past few months, we’ve been working to come back stronger and ready to ensure your utmost safety and that of our employees in this new normality. We are very excited to come back, stronger and committed to our work, so that quality is always paramount in the service we provide, as usual. New actions, changes and the implementation of technological improvements guarantee a safe stay at all times.
We’ve implemented several technological solutions to facilitate tasks and minimise contact.
QR Codes.We’ve replaced all paper menus and information with digital ones with a double goal: ensuring hygiene and safety while being environmentally friendly.
TV Channel.Don’t worry if you are not familiar with QR codes. We’ve created a new TV channel where you will be able to access all hotel information from your room.
Online check in.. We offer the possibility to check-in online so that upon arrival to the hotel you just need to collect your key, get to the room and enjoy your stay.
Whatsapp Business. We’ve implemented a new communication channel so that all our guests are in touch with us at all times, wherever they are, and from their own phone. You’ll be able to order room service, report an incidence or simply ask for information.
Press service.We’ve eliminated the printed newspapers and magazines service in our hall, promoting the use of digital versions.
Safety, cleanliness and disinfection
The whole team at Hotel Saratoga, together with the company advising us in the prevention of risks at the workplace, have created a strict cleaning and safety protocol to ensure an experience in a safe environment, from the disinfection of our public areas, rooms and any space used both for our guests and employees.
Which changes will you find? Which steps must you follow?
Upon arrival to the hotel, you’ll have to follow straightforward instructions such as the disinfection of your shoes, suitcases and hands as well as keeping a safety distance between guests and workers, whenever there are no physical barriers. Wearing a mask is not compulsory within our facilities; still, we strongly recommend doing so to ensure the safety of everyone, especially if keeping a safety distance is not possible.
In public areas, a minimum distance of 1.5 m must be kept and only members of the same family unit will be allowed to use the lift together. Should the use of the gym be highly demanded, we may choose to offer it upon request via reservation and the use of the swimming pool will be controlled by our staff, both to provide you with a towel and to disinfect the sunbeds or chairs available for use.
Also, we will remind you of the recommendations provided by the health authorities in the different hotel areas.

Changes in the food and beverage services
All our menus have been temporarily modified to offer you the best service while minimising all potential risks.
During peak times, we will implement a reservation in advance for breakfast, lunch or dinner, to ensure that all measures are safely performed.
We will minimise food handling when preparing our dishes while offering the same quality products, as always using mainly seasonal and local ones.
Breakfast service will temporarily be a-la-carte and served at the restaurant on the 7th floor, where you will be able to enjoy our spectacular views to the bay of Palma with the best table service.
