- Blue Jazz Club Saratoga (7th floor): Our most requested space for events. Unique views, pleasant surroundings and vibrant live music 4 days a week.
- Sala Formentera (7th floor): Area for lunch and dinner with spectacular views of the cathedral. For groups up to 25-30 people.
- Sala Mallorca: A versatile room, ideal for cocktail, lunch and dinner. Possibility of booking in exclusivity for groups up to 80 people.
- Gastrohall Saratoga: A quiet space located in our ground floor for lunch or dinner. For groups up to 30 people.
- Saratoga Dining Room: A versatile space available for large groups (up to 120 people).
- Saratoga Great Hall: For large events we have space for groups up to 200 people. Check special conditions.

NEW YEAR’S EVE DINNER 2018
The New Year’s Eve Dinner is our most popular and most requested Christmas event, year after year. Welcome the New Year with us and enjoy our special dinner menu for New Year's Eve.
At 8pm we will be waiting for you with a welcome cocktail at the ground floor, which will continue with a unique dinner at the Blue Jazz Club (7th floor) and the subsequent party with an exclusive DJ for dinner attendees. We will have some hot chocolate and pastries around 3am, and we will finish celebrating the arrival of the year around 4am. ***
