We didn't plan to enjoy the concert so we didn't read the information about this in the elevator or close to the desk. We got a new room on saturday, so we are very satisfied with Saratoga, and I have already recommended Saratoga and Palma to friends and family. Thank you" -

We are very sorry, nevertheless we will not put kettles in our rooms for security, there are so many possibilities to have a fire inside the room and later maybe in all the hotel. Better safe than sorry!" -

12/08/12 - " We lived on your hotel for a week and we had a perfect stay. The hotel's location is was optimal with walking distance to restaurantes, shopping and the old city. The service from all the employees was excelent and they always had god answer to our questions. If I should put the finger on one thing, must it be the Wifi in our room. It was not very stabil and god.

01/03/10 - " I originally booked a Junior Suite for my aged parents. They were unable to negotiate the steps leading up to the Junior Suites. May I suggest that the hotel put in handrails at these steps.
Your reception staff were extremely kind and helpful and after looking at several rooms we upgraded to the Suite room 401. This room was absolutely perfect for my parents, being near the lift, and the style in which it had been decorated was superb and very comfortable.
Another suggestion: Perhaps you should have some rooms with a walk-in shower for older people who are no longer able to climb in and out of baths.
We were really very pleased with your hotel. We, ourselves, stayed there on New Years Eve so were confident that it would be of a high enough standard for my mother!
