01/03/10 - " I originally booked a Junior Suite for my aged parents. They were unable to negotiate the steps leading up to the Junior Suites. May I suggest that the hotel put in handrails at these steps. Your reception staff were extremely kind and helpful and after looking at several rooms we upgraded to the Suite room 401. This room was absolutely perfect for my parents, being near the lift, and the style in which it had been decorated was superb and very comfortable. Another suggestion: Perhaps you should have some rooms with a walk-in shower for older people who are no longer able to climb in and out of baths. We were really very pleased with your hotel. We, ourselves, stayed there on New Years Eve so were confident that it would be of a high enough standard for my mother! " -

I have mentioned your hotel to my friends but most seem to think it'a a bit pricey,if you lowered your tarrif perhaps you might have better ocupancy especially for week-end breaks from the uk. kind regards:john icke" -

08/12/09 - " Der Sevice im Jazzclub hat leider etwas nachgelassen,ein Schminkspiegel im Bad wäre ganz schön.Die Rezeption war wie immer sehr gut.Beim Frühstücks-Buffet wäre eine Kaffeekanne auf dem Tisch angenehmer als für jede Tasse zum Automaten zu laufen. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden und würden das Hotel jederzeit weiter empfehlen." -

04/09/09 - " Unfortunately, the a/c in 312 did not function effectively and we were given a refurbished room, 208, where the a/c was satisfactory. sadly, we preferred the decor in our original room, 208 being just a little too minimalist for our taste! Congtaulation however to the front of house staff, they were excellent; helpful, pleasant and a plaesure to deal with." -
